Job summary

Oliver James Group is partnering with a leading life insurance organization to recruit a Product Owner for a major AI-enabled platform transformation within the Benefits division. This is a hands-on, autonomous role overseeing delivery across a brand-new platform designed to support underwriting, intake/onboarding, claims, PAS, and broker portal capabilities.

You will collaborate with business and engineering teams in a remote, long-term contract engagement, driving strategic product decisions

Qualifications

• Hands-on Product Owner with experience delivering AI-enabled platforms.
• Ability to navigate business and engineering teams within a complex platform build.
• Insurance industry experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities
