Job summary

McGuireWoods is seeking a forward-thinking BRC AI Specialist to integrate AI-powered tools into daily operations, document production workflows, and client services within a fast-paced legal environment.

The role partners with BRC leadership, legal operations, and the AI & Innovation team to identify opportunities for process improvements, implement AI-enhanced workflows, and ensure responsible use of AI technologies. Hybrid remote option available.

Qualifications

• Experience in document services, legal support, litigation support, or legal operations within a law firm or professional services environment preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Pro, document management systems, and legal technology applications.
• Familiarity with AI platforms and workflow automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• AI Integration & Innovation: Support AI platform deployment within BRC workflows and document production; identify use cases and develop AI best practices; improve efficiency with AI tools.
• Document Services & Management: Create, format, proofread, and convert complex legal/business documents; manage TOCs, authorities, templates, Bates numbering, and PDF conversions.
• Information Processing & Operational Support: Analyze and summarize data in Excel and legal software; create presentations and marketing materials using AI tools; troubleshoot software and workflows; provide AI-assisted transcription and translation support.
