Job summary

ReminderMedia, a leader in marketing services, is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to scale and optimize lead-generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and emerging AI-driven platforms. You’ll own the campaigns end-to-end, including creative development, with a fast-paced, high-volume workflow.

You’ll leverage Canva and AI tools to craft effective ad creative, and you’ll collaborate with onboarding and service teams to move client campaigns smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of paid digital advertising experience.
• Experience building lead-generation campaigns on Google and Meta.
• Proficiency with design tools like Canva for ad creative.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize lead-generation campaigns across Google, Meta, and ChatGPT Ads.
• Improve cost per lead, conversion rate, and lead quality on every platform.
• Create and refine ad creative quickly using AI tools or Canva.
• Troubleshoot campaign tracking and account issues.
• Develop templates from winners to scale across thousands of accounts.
• Build tools/automations with Claude, Replit, and other AI tools.
