Responsibilities include building and reviewing valuation models, preparing pitchbooks, and explaining complex financial concepts to diverse audiences. Prior AI experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Extensive investment banking or advisory experience.
• 0 5 years experience in M&A or financial analysis required.
• Strong modeling and valuation skills.
• Proven ability to prepare client-ready pitchbooks and materials.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct company and industry research to support financial analysis.
• Perform buyer and target screening, comps analysis, and financial modeling.
• Build and maintain Excel-based valuation and transaction models.
• Ensure models are accurate, well-structured, and auditable.
• Prepare and review pitchbooks and client-facing materials.
• Analyze transaction scenarios and communicate strategic rationale.
• Review analyses for numerical accuracy and sound assumptions.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve analytical quality.
• Explain accounting treatments, adjustments, and sensitivities clearly.
