Job summary

Relativity is seeking a senior Instructional Design Program Manager to design, scale, and continuously improve learning programs that drive customer adoption and measurable business impact. This role advances AI-assisted development, agentic workflows, and governance for AI-generated content.

You will lead strategic leadership, execution, and stakeholder partnerships, applying a strong point of view on instructional design and AI-enabled learning.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in instructional design, adult learning theory, and assessment.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools in real instructional design workflows.
• Experience designing or implementing agentic workflows that automate content development or learner support.
• Strong ability to connect learning programs to business outcomes and evaluate ROI.
• Track record of improving scalability, efficiency, or innovation in learning programs through systems thinking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management for senior leaders.
• Proven ability to mentor instructional designers on craft and emerging technology.
• Strong program management skills: prioritization, risk management, and delivery in fast-moving environments.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms, modern authoring tools, and AI-powered content development platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own one or more instructional design programs or portfolios from intake through measurement and iteration, treating them as living systems.
• Translate business priorities into outcome-based learning strategies with clear roadmaps and defined success metrics.
• Use AI-assisted data synthesis, learner signals, and performance analytics to guide trade-off decisions.
• Identify opportunities to expand program value through intelligent content reuse, automated personalization, and adaptive delivery.
• Build learning programs with generative AI as a core component, including AI-driven quality review.
• Design agentic workflows that reduce manual effort in content creation, SME review, translation, accessibility remediation, and learner support.
• Build modular, prompt-driven content systems for scalable personalization.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools with a clear framework for responsible use and bias mitigation.
• Apply governance for AI-generated learning content with review checkpoints and transparency.
