Job summary

Aspiron is remotely based in the Pacific timezone and seeks an engineer to own the platform from database to frontend, shaping scalable architecture in an AI-native development model.

You will work on full-stack features for a multi-tenant platform using Postgres, Next.js, TypeScript; contribute to product strategy and 3rd party integrations with Slack, Teams, and identity/HRIS tools. Strong TS and Bun are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Strong TypeScript experience and understanding of strict typing for AI-generated code.
• Experience with Bun; Node/Express acceptable as alternatives.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Cursor, Codex).
• Proven ownership mindset with fast iteration and adaptability.
• Multi-tenant SaaS experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full-stack features across a multi-tenant platform from DB to UI.
• Shape architecture to scale with the company and product roadmap.
• Make architectural decisions in collaboration with leadership.
• Integrate with Slack, Teams and identity/HRIS platforms.
