Job summary

McFadyen Digital is seeking a Solution Architect to design AI-powered ecommerce and marketplace platforms for Fortune 500 clients. You will lead McFadyen’s internal AI initiative and set the vision for AI adoption across the business.

You will architect scalable commerce solutions, advise clients on AI-enabled architectures, and own the presales process from concept to proposal, while collaborating with global teams.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in solution/technical architecture for eCommerce or marketplaces
Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI/ML in production environments
Experience leading AI strategy or innovation initiatives
Strong understanding of API-first, headless, and composable architectures
Presales experience: solutioning, estimation, proposals, and SOW/RFP responses

Responsibilities

Lead design and execution of enterprise AI strategy across the org and client projects
Architect end-to-end eCommerce/marketplace solutions with AI capabilities
Advise clients on AI-enabled commerce architecture and scalable designs
Own presales processes: solutioning, estimation, and technical proposals
Champion data strategy, data pipelines, and MLOps practices across teams
