Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in solution/technical architecture focused on ecommerce/marketplace.
- Proven sales engineer with experience in proposal/SOW/RFP for enterprise clients.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for executives and tech teams.
- Deep expertise in at least one major commerce platform (Adobe Commerce, SFCC, Mirakl, etc.).
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI/ML solutions in production.
Responsibilities
- Own technology solutioning for ecommerce and marketplace sales prospects and document requirements.
- Craft proposals, ROI statements, and demos showing client needs; write scope and SOWs.
- Collaborate with delivery to estimate staffing and timelines.
- Advise clients and cross-sell services like data management and AI enhancements.
- Evaluate emerging AI/ML tech to enhance McFadyen's offerings and demos.
