Job summary

Allstate is seeking a Digital Product Manager to define, deliver, and manage the lifecycle of one or more digital products within its growing portfolio. You will help establish strategic vision, drive product discovery, create roadmaps, and manage backlogs to maximize customer and enterprise value.

5+ years of experience in product management (preferred).
Experience delivering and managing lifecycle of multiple digital products.

Responsibilities

Partner in delivery of AI-powered, conversational sales experiences (ALLIE) that guides customers through end-to-end insurance purchase journeys.
Define and implement features that enable real-time, guided selling and chat-based experiences to improve conversion.
Collaborate with Engineering, UX, and CX to design and scale AI capabilities.
Use experiments, market learnings, and data to refine experiences and inform roadmaps.
Manage the product backlog and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Define metrics to measure success and guide product strategy.
Contribute to creating product strategy for one or more products in the digital portfolio.
Leverage customer feedback and market analysis to inform product decisions.
