Job summary

Allstate Insurance is seeking a Digital Product Manager to lead the lifecycle of digital products within the ACE organization. You will drive strategy, collaborate with engineering, design, data analytics, and marketing to deliver impactful products for customers, while aligning with corporate goals.

The role requires strong strategic thinking, technical understanding, and business acumen, with opportunities to influence product direction and metrics across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tooling.
• Technical skills in development processes, human-centered design, UX/UI design, and digital marketing.
• Analytical and data interpretation abilities to inform product decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional team guidance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and creativity.
• Experience in networking, identity management solutions, infrastructure as code, automation, data analytics, or cloud solutions preferred.
• Product experience in End User, Network, Compute, or Platform as a Service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate the vision and strategy for digital product(s).
• Conduct market and user research to identify trends and customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new digital products.
• Create and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Write and groom user stories, prioritize, and manage the backlog.
