Job summary

QP Group is seeking a Bioinformatics Engineer to join the Biologics Drug Discovery team, exploring how AI agents reason through biologics datasets and building ground-truth benchmarks from real antibody and protein discovery programs.

You will work with software engineers and biologists to test agent performance via variant ranking, enrichment analyses, and advancement prioritization, shaping how AI-driven therapeutic discovery is measured.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience in biologics discovery or development.
• Experience interpreting binding kinetics (SPR/BLI) and biophysical data.
• Proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis and visualization.

Responsibilities

• Build ground-truth benchmark datasets from antibody and protein programs.
• Evaluate how AI agents reason through complex biologics datasets.
• Perform variant ranking, enrichment analysis, and advancement prioritization.
