You will work across the full discovery stack using state-of-the-art AI to design drug candidates that were previously out of reach. You will apply frontier AI models to biologics, partner with scientists and engineers, collaborate with AI teams to improve models, and leverage modern tooling to move fast on high-value problems in a fast-paced, collaborative

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience developing or applying AI in biology, chemistry, or physics; therapeutic experience is a plus.
• Experience collaborating with wet-lab teams or direct experience with biological experiments.
• Strong fluency in Python.
• Familiarity with HPC environments (e.g., Kubernetes, SLURM).
• Experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch.
• High agency and a track record of shipping quickly with quality.

The Role
