MJH Life Sciences, a leader in clinical communications, seeks an Associate Editor to build high-quality educational content for healthcare professionals. You will support slide decks, scripts, publications, and promotional materials, leveraging AI tools to accelerate literature synthesis while upholding clinical accuracy and regulatory standards.

You will collaborate with faculty and Content Leads, manage references, and ensure consistent style, format, and scientific rigor across all materials,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, communications, or related field.
• AI-native mindset with use of AI tools to accelerate research and drafting.
• Familiarity with MLR and FDA regulations governing promotional educational content.
• Experience with InCopy, slide formatting, storyboard development, or video production workflows preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform literature research and generate preliminary content for educational slides, videos, and guides using AI tools.
• Acquire studies, organize references, and format citations with annotations.
• Review content for alignment with outlines and perform base-level fact checks against primary literature.
• Prepare materials for layout, faculty review, or recording and ensure consistent style across deliverables.
• Ensure scientific accuracy through comprehensive fact-checking of cited literature.
