MJH Life Sciences seeks an Associate Editor to join the Clinical Communications team, building high-quality educational content for healthcare professionals. You will conduct literature research, perform fact-checking, and manage references while drafting slide decks, video scripts, and publications.

An AI-native approach and rigorous regulatory compliance are essential as you collaborate with faculty and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Strong scientific writing and editing skills across therapeutic areas.
• AI-native mindset for research and content drafting.
• Meticulous fact-checking and reference annotation.
• Familiarity with MLR and PRC regulatory workflows.
• Experience with InCopy and multimedia workflows.

Responsibilities

• Perform subject matter research and generate content for educational slide decks, video scripts, and discussion guides, using AI tools to accelerate literature synthesis and initial drafting without compromising scientific accuracy.
• Acquire studies and articles, organize references and annotations, and format citations.
• Review content for alignment with outlines and transcripts, and perform base-level fact checks against primary literature.
• Prepare materials for layout, faculty review, or recording, ensuring consistent style and format.
• Develop storyboards, editing grids, and time codes; quality check video edits.
• Support promotional educational materials in compliance with FDA regulations.
