Job summary

Netguru in Poland is expanding its AI practice and seeks experienced consultant to lead AI engagements for global clients from discovery to production. You’ll embed with client teams, run workshops, and translate business needs into scalable software and AI solutions.

You’ll build production-grade Python/TypeScript, design AI workflows, and extend NetguruOS with new agents and skills. A strong client-facing mindset and fluency in English and Polish are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years total experience, with 3+ years shipping AI-enabled systems.
• 2+ years in client-facing consulting or pre-sales engineering.
• Proven full-cycle ownership: discovery to production and handoff.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Embed temporarily into the client team and owner orgs.
• Run discovery with stakeholders from CTO to end-user.
• Lead workshops, clarify business needs, and define technical scope.
• Analyze processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose AI improvements.
• Lead pre-sales on AI opportunities—scope, price, close.
• Communicate AI concepts to business stakeholders clearly.
• Adapt to client tools, security, and governance models.
• Own outcomes and ensure measurable business impact.
• Prototype quickly; deliver production-grade code.
• Ship AI-enabled workflows and integrate with client stacks.
• Stand up evals, observability, and guardrails before go-live.
• Drive security reviews and change management for production.
• Identify opportunities where AI can improve processes.
