Job summary

Harvey Nash Technology is seeking an experienced Lead AI Solutions Engineer for a fully remote role. You will design and deploy AI/ML solutions for global clients, lead data-driven development, and drive automation adoption in client environments.

The role requires 8+ years in backend software engineering, strong AI/ML expertise, and fluency in English and Polish. You will mentor junior developers and coordinate with diverse stakeholders across projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of backend software engineering experience.
• Experience with AI/ML solutions in production environments.
• Proven expertise in applied AI/ML.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with AI risk assessment.
• Fluency in English and Polish.

Salary: 32 000 - 38 000 PLN gross / month

• Design and implement application integrations using Python & JS/TS, or similar
• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML-based solutions for company customers
• Lead data-driven solution development

Requirements
