Job summary

IBOTIX US Inc. seeks an experienced AI Coach to validate teams as they adopt an AI-driven delivery model. This role emphasizes hands-on technical delivery, architecture expertise, and governance through maturity frameworks. Remote work with potential on-site engagement and interviews in select U.S. locations.

You will review telemetry, workflows, and outcomes to certify AI-enabled delivery and help refine the enterprise operating model accordingly.

Qualifications

Hands-on AI delivery experience required.
Strong technical or architecture background.
Familiarity with AI-driven SDLC/AIDLC practices.
Experience using AI coding tools, agents, skills, plugins, and workflow automation.
Ability to review telemetry, delivery evidence, workflows, and outcomes.

Responsibilities

Validate whether teams are truly using AI skills, agents, plugins, and AI-driven workflows in day-to-day delivery.
Assess tool/plugin registration in the AI catalog and alignment to the governed path.
Evaluate team structures against accelerator model for efficient delivery.
Refine certification criteria and maturity levels; pressure test them.
Use data and outcomes to support validation and inform enterprise guidance.
