Expert Technology Services is seeking an AI Engineer to own end-to-end delivery in an AI-driven development environment. You will guide AI coding agents to generate and evolve software, focusing on engineering judgment over manual coding, ensuring production-ready solutions.

Work across code, infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability; translate requirements to AI instructions; review AI-generated code for correctness and architecture; collaborate across teams to validate tech artifacts and ensure

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end application delivery in an AI-driven development environment.
Direct AI coding agents to generate and evolve software solutions with engineering judgment.
Ensure solutions are production-ready across code, infra, CI/CD, and observability.
Translate requirements into precise implementation instructions for AI agents.
Define constraints and validation for development tasks; identify gaps.
Critically evaluate AI-generated code for correctness and architecture.
Ensure output adheres to domain rules and operational expectations.
Develop scalable, observable, and highly operable solutions.
Drive continuous improvement of AI-assisted software delivery practices.
