Qualifications

• Comfortable performing real-world purchasing and cancellation tasks, including using personal payment methods under approved reimbursement procedures.
• Access to biometric authentication on a laptop or personal device to securely complete checkout processes.
• Strong digital literacy and confidence navigating online platforms.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and maintain consistent weekly availability.
