Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks an AI Generalist Expert to contribute to a project improving next-generation AI systems. You will perform real-world digital tasks, evaluate AI outputs, and provide structured feedback to enhance model accuracy and usability.

The role requires hands-on experience with AI tools, strong problem-solving and attention to detail, and the ability to work independently on multiple assignments with weekly availability. Remote work from the United States is supported.

Qualifications

• A few years of professional experience in any field.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and applications.
• Strong digital literacy and confidence navigating online platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
• Comfort with completing real-world purchasing and cancellation tasks using personal payment methods under approved reimbursement.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and maintain weekly availability.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Execute real-world digital workflows involving online platforms, products, and services.
• Use AI tools to complete tasks and evaluate their performance in practical scenarios.
• Perform online purchasing, payment, and cancellation workflows when required, following established project guidelines.
• Document task execution using screenshots, observations, and structured feedback.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement in AI-generated outputs.
• Provide clear, detailed feedback to improve AI accuracy, reliability, and real-world usability.
• Complete multiple assignments independently while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting project requirements.
