Job summary

Zekai is hiring a Data Partnerships Manager for a remote, world-wide role. You will identify, engage, and close partnerships to contribute workflow data for AI training and evaluation.

You’ll own the end-to-end partnership process—from sourcing and discovery calls to privacy, security, and data ownership discussions—and design structures that align partner goals with AI customer needs. Lead negotiations on commercial terms and build a robust partnerships pipeline while collaborating with product

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Business Development or Partnerships.
• Proven track record closing B2B partnerships or complex deals.
• Ability to discuss privacy, security and data ownership.
• Explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong discovery, qualification and consultative selling skills.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and pipeline development.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and close partnerships for workflow data for AI training and evaluation.
• Own end-to-end partnership process: sourcing, discovery conversations, and onboarding.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close partnership agreements.
• Build and manage a pipeline of partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to onboard partners successfully.
• Develop repeatable acquisition strategies and partnership playbooks.
