Job summary

Winstead PC is seeking a talented Application Developer to join our innovative technology team. This role focuses on AI, large language models (GPT), and data warehousing, building and integrating applications that enhance our firm’s legal services and internal operations.

You will design, develop, and maintain custom applications, collaborate with data engineers and AI specialists, and ensure performance, security, and scalability of solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python, R, or C#.
• Experience with React/Angular/Vue.js.
• API integration (REST/GraphQL) and asynchronous communication.
• Experience with Node.js, NPM, and frontend tooling like Vite or Webpack.
• Developing and deploying Office Add-in applications.
• Know-how of Office.js, Yeoman Generator, and Manifest File.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom applications and solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Work closely with data engineers and AI specialists to integrate applications with data warehousing systems and AI/GPT models.
• Build and manage data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and storage of legal and business data.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security of all developed applications.
• Collaborate with end-users and team members to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues, providing timely resolutions and support.
