Job summary

Astreya is seeking an AI Infrastructure Datacenter Design Technical Program Manager – Level 3 to lead complex data hall design programs from planning to deployment readiness. You will manage execution cadence, dependencies, blockers, and ensure complete design packages for customer deployment.

The role requires 5+ years in TPM or related areas, deep data center design knowledge, and proven Agile leadership across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of TPM, program mgmt in data center or related tech.
• Deep understanding of data center design and deployment dependencies.
• Proven Agile program leadership with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to unblock issues and communicate with senior leadership.
• Experience mentoring TPMs and cross-functional teams.
• Strong planning, risk mgmt, stakeholder alignment, docs, exec comm.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile program execution across multiple data hall design workstreams.
• Define deliverables, acceptance criteria, release plans with leadership.
• Own integrated program plan and critical path across disciplines.
• Identify, drive, and unblock blockers affecting readiness and schedule.
• Lead cross-functional reviews, customer meetings, readiness reviews.
• Manage scope changes and assess impact on capacity, budget, schedule.
• Establish governance via milestones, risks, dependencies, logs.
• Ensure inputs for buildable designs and review deliverables.
