Job summary

Taulia, part of the SAP group, seeks an AI Data Engineer to ensure our AI agent ecosystem is powered by high-quality, structured data. You will bridge our AI Center of Excellence with data teams, coordinating readiness and building integrations to expose business data to AI tools.

You will design and manage reusable data pipelines, optimize retrieval-augmented generation, and ensure data freshness for secure, performant AI agents in collaboration with the AI Solutions Architect.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating data with Enterprise Search engines and AI agents, or RAG-based systems.
• Preparation of data for Large Language Models and agent orchestration tools.
• Strong API connectors and data ingestion scripting skills.
• Experience with unstructured data and NLP concepts.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.

Responsibilities

• Custom Data Integrations: Build and maintain connectors (APIs, ETL) to extract data from core systems for AI tools.
• Data Library Management: Create and maintain the AI Data Library mapping data locations, schemas and owners.
• Data Quality & Governance: Implement automated checks, flag PII, and control AI data access as appropriate.
