Job summary

Talantir is seeking a Sr. AI Engineer to own the Network AI Platform's retrieval stack and APIs, including source connectors, chunking/embedding, hybrid search, and integrations.

You will maintain RAG pipelines, build Python REST services for query routing, and develop connectors to ServiceNow, Splunk, and SharePoint. You will also implement evaluation suites and guardrails and investigate incidents to ship fixes.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years total experience in AI, ML, or retrieval systems.
• 2+ years building LLM/RAG or search/retrieval systems.
• Hands-on with ServiceNow API, Splunk SDK, or SharePoint Graph API.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and tune RAG pipelines and retrieval stack.
• Own Python REST services powering query routing and alarm-correlation flows.
• Build and maintain connectors to ServiceNow, Splunk, and SharePoint.
• Implement evaluation suites and guardrails for AI systems.
• Investigate production incidents and ship fixes.
