Job summary

Outlier offers fully remote, flexible-hour opportunities reviewing AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off. Earn up to $15/hr with additional incentives and weekly payments, on projects you choose and on your schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent English speakers with sharp attention to detail and strong writing skills. Prior Bachelor's degree is a plus; remote work from multiple countries is supported.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is a plus.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining realistic scenarios in conversation.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs for distortions, flickering, or misalignment and describing issues in writing.
• Rating outputs on adherence, quality, and realism, with a clear written explanation.
