Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, score outputs, and document what looked or sounded off, all from home.

Earn up to $15/hour with weekly ACH/PayPal/AirTM payments and enjoy free access to leading LLMs. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, with strong written communication and sharp attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Attention to detail; able to listen closely and replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations in natural conversations.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio that doesn’t match the video.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing explanations in English.
