Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

As a contractor, you will be paid weekly and may earn incentives. Your work helps improve AI systems by identifying issues such as distorted visuals, mismatched audio, and text or motion anomalies, with clear English explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews is a plus.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and handling realistic scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Rank how natural and useful each output sounds and compare images/videos.
• Inspect outputs closely for distortions, flickers, or mismatches and explain issues in writing.
• Rate outputs across dimensions and provide English explanations of your observations.
