Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely on your own schedule.

Eligibility includes fluent English, strong attention to detail, and the ability to write concise explanations. This role offers fully remote work, flexible hours, and weekly pay via ACH/PayPal/AirTM.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and careful listening.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.
• Decisiveness when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and mismatched audio.
