Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media, holding live conversations with AI voice models and scoring outputs. You will compare image/video pairs, judge prompt adherence, and provide written explanations of discrepancies, all from your own location and on a flexible schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English with sharp attention to detail and strong communication skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for explanations.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining scenarios clearly in writing.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity of each interaction.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Writing concise, evidence-based explanations of what looked off or incorrect.
