Outlier is hiring remote evaluators to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what’s off, all on your schedule.

Work remotely from home with flexible hours and up to $15/hr, plus additional incentives. Contributors review safety and quality by rating adherence, realism, and prompt-following, then provide written reasoning to help improve AI systems.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English with clear writing style.
• Excellent attention to detail and careful review of outputs.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Rank how natural and helpful each exchange sounds.
• Inspect AI outputs closely to spot issues like distortions or misalignment with prompts.
• Write specific explanations in English highlighting what was seen or heard.
