Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You’ll hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what looked or sounded off, remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication
• Strong attention to detail, patient with careful listening and replays
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews
• Comfortable deciding clearly when both options have flaws

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatch.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing explanations in English that point to what you saw or heard
