Job summary

YO IT Consulting is seeking seasoned in-house transactional attorneys for a part-time role focused on the intersection of law and AI. This position centers on drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and redlining in tech transactions to help train and evaluate AI models used in legal work.

You will review AI-generated contract responses, contribute to evaluation frameworks, and collaborate with product and research teams to refine data, guidelines, and best practices for AI-driven contract review

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 3 years in-house tech transactions experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to translate legal expertise into AI system feedback.
• Experience collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
• Review AI responses to contract scenarios and provide expert feedback.
• Create evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for AI contract tasks.
