Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and compare generated images and videos to determine which follows prompts more accurately.

You will explain what looked or sounded off in writing, remotely and on your own schedule. At Outlier, your work helps shape how AI systems reason and improve.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations in English with AI voice models and rating naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs for distortions, flicker, text errors, and audio mismatch.
• Writing explanations in English detailing what was observed.
