Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, compare images and videos, and explain what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfortable with conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail, patient to look/listen closely and replay/zoom when needed.
• Nice to have a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models in English and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated image/video pairs and judge which better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely; zoom/replay to spot distortions, flicker, text and audio mismatches.
• Rate outputs on adherence, quality, realism and write a concise English explanation.
