Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and compare images and videos to judge prompt adherence.

You will explain what looked or sounded off, remotely and on your own schedule. Responsibilities include zooming in on outputs, identifying issues such as artifacts, misalignment, or audio-video mismatches, and writing clear explanations in English.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication and natural conversational ability.
• Strong attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated image and video pairs to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely, noting issues like distorted anatomy, flickering motion, text errors, or mismatched audio.
• Writing a concise, English explanation pointing to observed issues for each task.
