Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking an English Writing Generalist for AI training to help evaluate and improve AI-generated content. You will ensure clarity, tone, and correctness across a range of topics on a remote, hourly contract.

The role offers 10–40 hours per week with flexible scheduling, enabling you to work asynchronously on meaningful AI projects while contributing to high-quality language output.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Humanities, Journalism, or a related field.
• Native or near-native English fluency with exceptional writing instincts.
• Extremely detail-oriented with strong proofreading and editing skills.
• Comfortable evaluating written content across a wide range of topics and styles.
• Self-motivated and reliable — you take deadlines seriously.
• No prior AI experience required.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and refine English content for clarity, accuracy, and tone
• Review AI-generated text for grammar, spelling, structure, and consistency
• Identify subtle errors, ambiguities, and inconsistencies that others miss
• Apply detailed style guidelines with precision and consistency
• Provide structured, constructive feedback on written quality
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
