Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare AI-generated images and videos, and explain what looked or sounded wrong, all on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Great attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then rate how natural and useful each exchange is.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or misaligned audio/video.
• Write concise explanations in English detailing what you saw or heard, citing specifics.
