Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote and flexible schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what’s off in writing. Earn up to $15 per hour, with weekly payments and additional incentives.

Access to leading LLMs is provided. As part of the evaluation team, you’ll rate outputs across adherence, quality and realism, and produce concise explanations in English.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication and natural conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail; able to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Writing a clear explanation of what you saw or heard.
