Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will interact with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include ranking responses, spotting issues like artifacts or misalignment, and writing concise explanations in English. A remote, flexible-hours role offers weekly payments and access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfort with natural, everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail, with patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming in, replaying) to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or text/audio mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a specific explanation in English that points to observations.
