Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of your home. You’ll participate in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what’s off in writing. Works remotely with flexible hours, on a 1099 contract basis.

Contributors can earn up to $15 per hour, with additional incentives and weekly payments. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome, including the United States and others listed in the

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• High attention to detail and careful listening/observation.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Able to think on your feet and explain reasoning clearly.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models in English.
• Rank how natural, useful, and clear outputs are.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, or audio-visual mismatches.
• Provide written explanations pointing to observed issues and reasoning.
