Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented reviewers to rate AI-generated media from the comfort of a remote setup. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing.

This freelance role offers flexible hours and a pay rate up to $15 per hour, with weekly payments and additional incentives. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly attentive, and able to articulate observations clearly.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to explain what is wrong in AI outputs.
• Self-motivated with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio mismatch.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English.
