Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare media, and explain what’s off in writing.

The role offers flexible hours and weekly payments, with pay rates varying by expertise and project requirements. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly attentive to detail, and capable of concise, evidence-based explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when needed.
• Comfortable describing reasoning and providing evidence-based explanations.
• Ability to decide clearly when two options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs to spot distortions, glitches, or misalignments and explain findings in writing.
• Rating outputs and providing targeted explanations in English.
