Job summary

WEKA is seeking an Programming & Editorial Manager to run the content engine for the website, YouTube, LinkedIn, newsletters, and podcasts. You will shape stories from engineers and customers, directing writers, and coordinating with product and marketing teams to publish consistently.

You will oversee a fast-moving editorial calendar, plan campaigns, and ensure content aligns with WEKA's brand standards. A strong background in editorial strategy and a passion for AI-enabled storytelling are

Qualifications

6+ years in editorial or content strategy roles, preferably in B2B technology.
Experience managing an editorial calendar across formats and stakeholders.
Ability to translate engineers' and customers' ideas into compelling content.
Daily use of AI tools in editorial practice and authentic storytelling.
Knowledge of SEO and internal linking to earn rankings and citations.

Responsibilities

Own the programming across WEKA's owned channels, driving consistency and performance.
Develop ideas that compound across formats: articles, clips, newsletters, resources.
Coordinate with channel owners, web team, SEO/GEO specialist to ensure cohesive experiences.
Ensure all content meets WEKA's brand and editorial standards with rigor and accuracy.
Lead contract writers with clear briefs, feedback, and structured development.
Maintain an editorial calendar that is reliable, timely, and scalable.
