Job summary

BWZ is seeking a Content Coordinator to power its content engine by producing new content and updates using in-house AI and automation. This full-time contract role (initial 1 month) supports an international team and reports to the SEO Content Manager.

You will translate SOPs and templates into consistently excellent output at scale, while helping freelance contributors and refining prompts and workflows for future AI-native editorial operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in content production, coordination, or editorial operations.
• Strong writing, editing, and QA skills with attention to accuracy and clarity.
• Background in SEO principles and on-page best practices.
• Experience with SaaS products is an asset.
• Ability to follow SOPs, templates, and workflows with consistency.
• Comfort using AI tools as part of a structured editorial process.
• Experience with WordPress.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple pieces of content simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Produce new content across BWZ publications using in-house automations, SOPs, templates, and formats.
• Maintain output velocity while upholding accuracy, clarity, and SEO requirements.
• QA all content and ensure visuals, CTAs, internal links, and structure are correct.
