Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a flexible remote schedule. You will evaluate live AI voice conversations, compare images and videos, and explain what’s off in writing.

This is a 1099 contract role with pay variations by project and expertise, offering up to $15 USD per hour and access to leading LLMs. Contributors help shape AI reasoning and behavior by providing precise feedback across audio, visual, and textual outputs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and explain realistic situations clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsabilités

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video misalignment.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, and writing explanations in English.
