Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

This freelance, 1099 contract opportunity offers flexible hours, pay up to $15/hr, and access to leading LLMs. You’ll help improve AI systems by identifying issues like misalignment, artifacts, and audio-video mismatches across tasks.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay/zoom to spot issues.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Able to think on your feet and explain choices clearly.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs on adherence, quality, and realism and writing explanations in English.
