micro1 Inc. is seeking a Strategic Project Lead to own end-to-end delivery of coding data pipelines used to train frontier AI models. This remote-friendly role collaborates with AI Lab clients, software engineers, reviewers, and internal teams to ensure scalable, high-quality execution.

You will drive automation, define specs and rubrics, track pipeline health, and lead continuous improvement based on performance data and client feedback. A startup mindset with ownership is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required.
• Strong understanding of software engineering and coding fundamentals.
• Experience leading technical projects or complex data workflows is required.
• Ability to use metrics to drive improvements and optimize outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management across technical and client-facing teams.
• Startup mindset with ownership, automation, and execution.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of coding data pipelines for training frontier AI models.
• Drive automation of pipeline workflows, including task generation, validation, QC, and reporting.
• Coordinate across experts, reviewers, and clients to ensure consistent execution.
• Define task specs, golden samples, and rubrics to set quality standards.
• Track and optimize pipeline health across quality, throughput, and delivery metrics.
• Lead continuous improvement based on client feedback and performance data.
