Job summary

micro1 is seeking a Strategic Project Lead to own end-to-end delivery of coding data pipelines used to train frontier AI models. You will collaborate with AI Lab clients, software engineering experts, reviewers, and internal teams to ensure scalable, high-quality execution.

The role requires a BS in CS/SE/CE, 2+ years leading technical projects, and strong data-driven problem-solving skills. This is a remote, remote-first position with equity, performance bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/SE/CE or related technical field.
• 2+ years leading technical projects, operations, or complex data workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with metrics-driven improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of coding data pipelines, ensuring quality and timelines.
• Drive automation of pipeline workflows, including task generation, validation, QC, and reporting.
• Coordinate across experts, reviewers, MTS, and clients to maintain execution quality.
• Define task specifications, golden samples, and review rubrics to set quality standards.
• Track and optimize pipeline health across quality, throughput, and delivery metrics.
• Lead continuous improvement based on client feedback, audits, and performance data.
