Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a motivated student for a full-time co-op in software engineering, focusing on AI agent capabilities and related product experiences. You will design, develop, test, and improve software components supporting AI agents and product experiences.

Work remotely from Canada, collaborate with engineers, and gain hands-on exposure to modern software practices and AI-focused engineering challenges.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or related field with co-op eligibility.
• Experience with at least one modern programming language.
• Experience building, testing, and debugging software projects.
• Genuine interest in AI, AI agents, large language models, or emerging agentic software technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with curiosity.
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate in a technical team.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Software Development: Contribute to designing, developing, testing, and improving software components supporting AI agent capabilities and product experiences.
• Agent Technology: Explore and implement solutions involving AI agents to help systems reason, interact with tools, and complete tasks.
• Engineering Collaboration: Work with other engineers and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver reliable solutions.
• Code Quality: Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews and debugging.
• Research & Experimentation: Investigate new AI technologies and turn ideas into prototypes or features.
• Problem Solving: Analyze technical challenges and iterate based on testing and feedback.
• Continuous Learning: Grow technical knowledge through hands-on work and mentorship.
